Accessibility

South Florida Disc and Spine, in conjunction with Dr. Louis Miller continues to improve accessibility to our patients and future patients, meeting the service needs of everyone is important to us. We are committed to providing an accessible and barrier-free environment on our website. In an effort to provide the highest level of service, we have updated this website and was tested to conform to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability for the elements in use on the site of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.

All website visitors should find the website navigable and viewable by non-graphical text-only browsers. The site and its design elements use code compliant with W3C standards for HTML and CSS. The site should display correctly in current browsers. Our developers try to use standards-compliant HTML/CSS code to help support future browsers as the web evolves.

In some cases, usually involving practical limitations, changes to the standards, browsers, devices, other technology libraries or third-party code, 100% compatibility for accessibility and usability may not be immediately achievable as the ways users access our website change on a consistent basis.

To proactively address this and provide the best service possible to our patients and potential patients, our site will be reviewed quarterly to ensure that the site remains up-to-date regarding updated standards and guidelines.

Any identified outstanding reported issues will be maintained in a changelog so visitors can see how we are continually working to improve their accessibility and usability of the website. This changelog will include a short description of the reported deficiency, the date it was reported and an estimate of the date on which we hope to have it resolved, if possible.

Minor deficiencies that cannot be immediately resolved and do not affect the navigation or use of the site will also be noted as a service to our users. Fully resolved deficiencies will be removed from the changelog.

If you notice a compatibility issue with our website, please report it by using the email below. We will investigate, follow up and, as necessary, add it to the changelog for resolution. If you would prefer to not use a contact us form, you may email us at info@southfloridadiscandspine.com. Please only email about issues with your experience with the website, and not any personal information.
